A Participatory Journalist uses the skills of journalism on a community level, focusing on the process, not just the headline, in a effort to rebuild trust amongst communities.

Dedicated to elevating voices of the global majority, Molly-Rose Crossley is an award winning journalist with a Masters in Audio Documentary. Molly-Rose has worked with Bite Your Tongue Productions, Bauer Media and the University of the West of England. Recent projects have focused on the Greyhound racing industry and South Asian identity.

Proficient in using Adobe Premier and Audition as well as Burli and Myriad. Completed NTCJ level law module during Masters.

Worked on multi-episode podcasts as well as commercial clients creating one off episodes.
