Molly Crossley

Molly is an Engagement Journalist who applies the skills of journalism at a community level, prioritising process over headlines, in a mission to rebuild trust between media and communities.
 

An award-winning, BJTC-accredited journalist, she brings extensive experience in audio journalism, podcast production, and audio storytelling. With a Master’s degree in Journalism specialising in Audio Documentary and a qualification in Media Law, she combines technical expertise with creative storytelling.
 

Passionate about amplifying global majority voices, Molly uses audio to inspire empathy and kindness in audiences, creating work that resonates beyond the news cycle.
 

She has collaborated with organisations and clients including Anisha Parmar Studio, ACH, Bauer Media, Evolve Music and Bite Your Tongue Productions.
